Appartement de 26 m2, face aux pistes. Vue exceptionnelle, avec balcon large pour y mettre une petite table . Cuisine et salle de bain. Il est possible de loger 6 personnes . Le airbnb marche bien sur la saison hivernale.
Attention, les appartements sont sur des faibles prix car la résidencea eu de gros problèmes de gestion. Aujourd'hui gérée par CBF (admlinistrateur judiciaire).
Les charges de la copropriété restent élevées, tant que la situation n'est pas réglée. Environ 300 € par mois.
L'appartement en lui-même est joli, rénové pour du locatif. Il est possible encore d'optimiser le bien afin de couvrir les charges annuelles.
Notre avis :
Les appartements sur cette résidence sont intéressants si on connaît les risques. Il faut le prendre comme un pari sur l'avenir. Pour y avoir investi personnellement (sur un autre appartement que je conserve), nous pouvons optimiser et absorber les charges en louant de janvier à avril. Les appartements sont plutot bien faits, (suivant rénovation) on s'y sent très bien. La vue est juste magnifique. L'hiver il y a animations et commerces sur la résidence. Les communs ne sont malheureusement pas entretenus. Vous déscendez de l'appartement et vous chaussez les skis.
